Venture Outdoors NZ strives to provide a safe place for you to order you tramping food and accessories.

Below is an outline of how we are doing this for you followed by how you can pay for your orders of tramping food.

Customer Care

Here at Venture Outdoors NZ, we pride ourselves on giving our customers the best service combined with the best tramping food and accessories we can. We are a small family business, and we understand how vital it is to provide our customers with the best experience.

We will always do what we can to suit your needs when looking to buy through Venture Outdoors NZ. If you have specific questions about a product or want to know what product is best for your needs, please get in touch through our Contact Page or our live chat feature at the bottom right of the website, and we can help you through your queries. We would rather see you with the right product, not the most expensive product.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is key to our business. Venture Outdoors NZ will never share your information with a third party that is not directly related to your customer experience with Venture Outdoors NZ. You can rest assured that we will never sell your details. We want you to trust us as a place to buy your tramping food and accessories.
There are two simple exceptions to sharing your contact details these are;

  • If we are having your order sent directly from a supplier, in this instance, we will share your name and address with them.
  • If we engage a marketing company for email marketing. All communication will be clear that it is from Venture Outdoors NZ.
Back-orders Policy

Sometimes we have run out of stock in our warehouse so we offer backorders. When you are looking at an item it will tell you if the item is available for backorder. On any items that are being back-ordered, we suggest allowing an extra 10-15 working days for your delivery. We will ship your entire order once we have consolidated all items.

We aim to keep everything possible in stock in our warehouse which means that back orders should only need to happen on occasion. If we cannot get the items that you have back-ordered we will get in touch with you to discuss any replacements or a refund for those parts of your order.
