At Venture Outdoors NZ, we pride ourselves on giving our customers the best service and best tramping gear we can. We are a small business, and we understand that it is vital to provide our customers with the best experience that we can.

We will always do what we can to suit the needs of you when you are both looking to buy, and buying through Venture Outdoors NZ. If you have specific questions about a product or want to know what product is best for your needs, please get in touch through our Contact Page, and we can help you through your queries. We would rather see you with the right product, not the most expensive product.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Your privacy is key to our business. Venture Outdoors NZ will never share your information with a third party that is not directly related to your customer experience with Venture Outdoors NZ.

 

There are two exceptions to sharing your contact details, these are;

  • If we are having your order sent directly from a supplier, in this instance, we will share your name and address with them.

  • If we engage a marketing company for email marketing. All communication will be clear that it is from Venture Outdoors.

 
PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments via Credit/Debit Card, Afterpay and via Paypal Checkout. Using either of these method Venture Outdoors NZ does not receive any of your private card details.
