SHIPPING & RETURNS  

SHIPPING POLICY

When received, orders will be shipped as soon as possible and will be dispatched with a signature courier. Please allow up to five working days for your order to arrive. When your order is sent to you, we will email you the tracking number to keep track of your new purchase.

Occasionally some orders are sent directly from our external suppliers warehouse, where this is the case there may be a small delay. However, this will be minimised as much as possible, and you should still receive your order within the 5 working days target.

Because we send all orders out on a signature required courier ticket, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. So we will need you to provide us with a full physical address to ensure there are no delays in receiving your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you need to return something, please contact us, and we can get that process started for you. We allow returns and exchanges on all products within 14 days that are unused and still in original packaging.

 

There are some exceptions to this returns policy, they are;

  • Any items on sale or clearance are unable to be returned.

  • Any items that are used or the packaging is significantly damaged.

 

If you find that you have received a faulty product, please let us know so we can get the warranty assessment process started for you. The warranty process can take up to 4 weeks for assessment and resolution. However, it is often faster than this.

Any returns including for warranty assessment will need to be sent back to us at your own cost, and your own risk. We are unable to be responsible for any items before we receive them. We recommend that you use a signature courier to return items for your peace of mind.
