Trusted and relied upon by trampers for over 20 years, the SteriPEN® Classic is the best-selling portable UV purifier of all time. Since 1999, hundreds of thousands of people have made sure their drinking water is safe with a SteriPEN® Classic.

 

The latest SteriPEN Classic operates on four AA batteries. With one set of alkaline batteries, the Classic 3 will sterilise up to 50L of water. If you choose to go with lithium batteries, your Classic 3 will treat up to 150L of water. With a lamp life of up to 8,000L,  you can be sure to be drinking safe water for a long time!

 

The 40×40 micron screened Pre-Filter fits perfectly on standard wide-mouth 1L water bottles and removes particulates that can prevent the full UV light treatment in water. The Pre-Filter is designed to be stored directly on a wide mouth bottle and the SteriPEN Classic 3 fits perfectly in the filter. Just insert Classic 3 in the filter opening, turn the bottle upside down, and gently rock to circulate light throughout the bottle.
