Is it safe to purchase from Venture Outdoors NZ?


Yes. Although we are only a small business, we are committed to keeping your details safe. For this reason, at the moment, we are only accepting Credit Card payments through PayPal. We also only share any details that are required to get your order to you. This means we may share the necessary contact details (name, address, and phone number) with our suppliers.




Do the products you sell have a warranty?


Absolutely, all the products we sell have a minimum warranty period of 12 months. Please bear in mind though that not all damage is covered under warranty.




Can I return what I have ordered if its not right?


Yes. We can help you through this process and get in contact, and we will be able to help you with this. All returns excluding warranty returns must be returned within 30 days. We are unable to accept items back that have been used or are not in new condition unless covered under warranty. We are also unable to receive food products back for return.
